The Venue
Carnglaze Caverns is an underground venue hidden beneath the Cornish countryside and surrounded by ancient woodland. Once a working slate mine, the caverns now reveal vast chambers of ancient stone, winding tunnels, and a natural underground lake. With its cool air, dramatic rock formations, and otherworldly atmosphere, Carnglaze feels utterly enchanted.
The event will take place in the Rum Store (upper cavern), a cave made completely from rock, and we will also be offering free tours that you may book onto to explore the vast lower cavern and natural pools!
Accessibility
The top cave, where the event is taking place, is wheelchair accessible. The lower cavern (where we are runing tours for the first few hours of the event) is accessed by a steep stone staircase, there is no lift access.
We do not have a quiet room for this event however the venue is vast with an outdoor area and fire pit which is designed to be a quiet and relaxing environment. If you have any further questions about accessibility or how we can accommodate you, please get in touch via our contact page.

Cheapest & most central located hotel in the area. This is by far the biggest hotel in Liskeard & would be our top recommendation.

A higher end & central option, the Bodmin jail Hotel is a meticulously restored 18th-century prison, offering luxury ‘Cell’ rooms. a unique blend of history & immersive experience.
(This is a short walk from the coach drop off point in Bodmin town centre.)

Independent guest houses and Airbnbs are widely available in the centres of Liskeard and Bodmin. Our coach transfer includes a town centre drop-off, placing you within easy walking distance of these central accommodations
Carnglaze Cavern Campervan Pitches
For those wishing to stay on-site, Carnglaze Caverns offers overnight pitches for self-contained Campervans for a £15 fee. Please ensure your vehicle has on-board facilities. Bookings can be made directly at: www.carnglaze.digitickets.co.uk/event-tickets
Transport Options
Carnglaze Caverns is located in a beautiful but rural part of Cornwall. Because of this, please ensure you pre-book your transport to and from the event in advance.
1.Coach Transfer (Recommended)
This is our suggested mode of transport as it is the easiest and cheapest option.

2.Driving & On-Site Parking
For designated drivers, on-site parking is available at Carnglaze Caverns. Please note that spaces are limited, so we strongly encourage car sharing where possible.
Note: Overnight sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
3. Taxi
For guests staying in Bodmin or Liskeard, please make use of the organized coach transfer.
If you are staying in a local Airbnb or village accommodation, a taxi will be your primary transport. As rural taxi services can be limited, please ensure you pre-book your travel to and from the venue.
