Please read the following carefully before attending a Gauntlets & Gowns event.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A great deal of care goes into designing our events, and we want every guest to have an enjoyable and seamless experience. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including changes in personal circumstances.

For certain events, we may offer a resale option once the event has sold out.

If your ticket is successfully resold through us, you will receive 95% of the original ticket price. The remaining 5% is retained to cover processing and administrative costs.

Resales

If you would like to request a resale or see if resales for a certain event are open, please email:

Include:

• Full name(s)

• Ticket number(s)

Resale tickets are released periodically. If multiple requests are received, tickets will be listed in the order requests were submitted.

Please note:

• Resale is not guaranteed

• If your ticket does not resell, it remains your responsibility

Age & Entry Requirements

• All guests must be 18 years or older

• Valid photo ID may be required on entry

• You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed)

Entry may be refused if these requirements are not met.

Photography & Videography

Photography and videography will take place at our events for promotional use across our platforms.

If you do not wish to appear in content, please inform us in advance of the event.

Dress Code

Guests are encouraged to dress in line with the event theme while expressing their personal style.

We do not enforce gender-based dress codes — please wear what you feel comfortable and confident in.

Props & Behaviour

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests:

The following are not permitted:

• Metal or wooden weapons (including blunt items)

• Functional or potentially harmful props

• Nudity

• Bullying, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour of any kind

Foam-based props (such as LARP items) are sometimes permitted. If unsure, please contact us in advance.

Guests who do not comply may be refused entry or removed from the event without refund.

Safety & Venue Conduct

• Security and first aid support will be available

• Guests must respect the venue at all times

• Any damage caused may result in removal and a ban from future events

Gauntlets & Gowns Events reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests where policies are breached.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that Gauntlets & Gowns Events is required to cancel an event, guests will receive a full refund of their ticket purchase.

However, we are not liable to provide refunds or compensation where the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to:

• War or civil war (whether declared or undeclared), including any threat thereof

• Nuclear, chemical, or biological risks

• Communicable diseases, epidemics, or pandemics

• Acts or threats of terrorism

In such circumstances, we reserve the right to review options including rescheduling the event where possible.
