Resell Your Ticket

Please read this information to find out how you can resell your event ticket.

Please note that we do not offer refunds.

We will no longer be using Tixel for our ticket resales. It will now work as follows-

If you would like to resell a ticket/s please simply email us using this email address gauntletsandgownsevents@gmail.com and let us know the full name/s and ticket number/s of the tickets you would like to resell.

If you are looking to resell a ticket previously bought on Tixel, please make this known to us in your email.

Once a week we will then make all resale tickets available on our website. If they sell, guests will receive a refund directly from us.

If multiple guests email us to resell their tickets during the week, they will be put into a list in the order in which they emailed in. This will keep things fair if multiple tickets are made live on our website and not all of them sell.

This new system is active from this point onwards.

We will also set up email lists on our website for each event. People that are looking to purchase tickets can sign up and will be emailed when/if tickets come available each week.

We believe this system will be easier for all.
