Accessibility At Our Events

Accessibility at our events is something that is always at the forefront of our planning.

Please read the information below to gain a better understanding of what we can and can’t provide. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us to discuss your needs and requirements further. We will always try our best to help and accommodate.

We only hire venues that are wheelchair accessible so if you are a wheelchair user please know that our events will be accessible to you.

- You may use mobility aids at the events.

- Our venues always allow service dogs.

We always have a quiet space at our venues. If you feel overwhelmed or suffer from anxiety, social anxiety or panic attacks please don’t hesitate to make our staff aware. They can show you to the quiet room at the start of the event so you can access it quickly if needed on the night.

If you suffer with any condition that makes it hard to stand up for long periods of time please do make our staff aware so we can ensure you have a place to sit when required. If this affects you standing in the ticket scanning queue please do make our staff aware and we can allow you quicker access to the venue.

We currently do not provide carers tickets however this is something we are looking into for the future as our company grows.

We hope this helps to answer your accessibility questions and concerns. If there is anything we have not covered, please do email us so we can help further.

Thank you!
